QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cook 4 minutes
2 (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water, add to sauce
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Put 1 1/2 cups sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 3 noodles on top of sauce, slightly over lapping. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the Ricotta cheese. Sprinkle on 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Put on 3 more noodles. Add the rest of the cheese. Put 3 noodles on top. Pour the remaining sauce on top. Cover tightly with foil. Set on jelly roll pan 10 x 15. Bake oven 350 degrees for 1 hour.
