QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 to 16 oz. grated Mozzarella
Sm. amount of sugar
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. cottage cheese or sm. sour cream
Italian herb seasoning

Brown meat; add spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of large deep baking dish with 1/3 of sauce. layer noodles on top of sauce. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning (over noodles, you can see the amount used).

Layer 1/2 of cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and finish with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 10 minutes; freezes well.
