1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 1/2 c. fine sliced apples
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients together well.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
