2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Add apples.

Bake in greased pan at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
