WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
4 strips bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. fresh chopped mushrooms (opt.)
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. light sour cream
Ground pepper
3 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cooked white rice

Fry bacon. Drain. Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter. Combine all ingredients and put in casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Add more liquid if mixture seems dry. 8 to 10 servings. Okay to half recipe.
