FRUITY PORK CHOPS 
4 thick boneless pork chops
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 c. orange juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. oil

Prepare chops; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Heat oil in fry pan and brown chops for 5 minutes. Arrange chops in shallow baking pan. Top each with a thick layer of pineapple. Pour orange juice over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
