PAN COOKED PORK CHOPS 
4 thin pork chops
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp. garlic concentrate

In a fry pan, melt butter. Add garlic concentrate. Place chops in mixture, slightly browning both sides. Add orange juice, vinegar, celery, green peppers and ginger. Bring liquid to a gentle boil; lower heat. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.
