REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers (about 4)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced peppers, green
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix cucumbers and salt. Let stand for 1 hour. Mix the other ingredients; pour over cucumbers and refrigerate. (Not necessary to process or seal, pickles will keep in refrigerator for about 1 month. Makes about 2 quarts.
