RHUBARB CAKE 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. miniature marshmallows
White cake mix

Combine rhubarb, sugar, Jello, and marshmallows and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Make cake batter as directed on box and pour this on top of the rhubarb mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
