RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients in order given. Divide dough and put into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
