RHUBARB BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. Mazola oil 1 egg 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Mix the above ingredients. Put in three 7 1/2 x 4 inch pans. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Mix this thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. |
