CORNMEAL AND TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1 heaping tbsp. cornmeal
1 heaping tsp. tapioca
1 qt. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses

Heat milk and tapioca until it comes to a boil. Add other ingredients. Cook until like cream. Put in baking dish and bake 3/4 hour in 300°F oven until like custard.
