TEX MEX DIP 
1 can refried beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. grated cheese
1 can chopped ripe olives (optional)
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 green onion (optional)

Prepare in an oblong dish in 4 layers. The first layer should be the beans, then a combination of the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix blended thoroughly. The third layer is mashed avocados mixed with lemon juice, salt, and pepper or thawed frozen guacamole. The fourth layer is grated cheese sprinkled with the optional ingredients. Chill before serving.
