BOYD'S STORE PORK CHOP DINNER 
Pork chops
1 can beef bouillon
3/4 c. water
Lg. onion
1 1/2 c. regular rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)

Brown pork chops. Add salt, pepper and season salt to taste. Add bouillon and water. Cook 15 minutes, open but don't boil. Then put slices of onion on each chop. Spread rice over all. Cover and cook 3/4 to 1 hour on medium heat. Check to see if more liquid is needed. I use an electric skillet.
