BAKED CHICKEN DIJON 
Chicken breasts, skinned

SPECIAL SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhomme's "Chicken Magic"
1 tbsp. dijon
3 tbsp. mayo

Mix together sauce ingredients. Put chicken in a baking dish. Baste with Special Sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with vegetables and rice and enjoy!
