CHEESE PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (jar) stewed tomatoes
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella

Brown ground meat in large skillet. Drain off fat. Add onions, garlic, sauce, tomatoes and undrained mushrooms. Simmer 20 minutes or until onions are soft. Cook macaroni and rinse with cold water.

Pour half the shells into large pan or casserole. Cover with half the sauce. Spread 1/2 the sour cream over the sauce. Top with slices of Provolone cheese, then top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese melts and browns slightly. Serves 8. Put in 9x13 inch pan.
