HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH 
2 c. chopped chicken
1/4 med. onion, finely chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
12 slices thin bread
Soft butter to spread on bread

Combine all ingredients except bread. Mix well. Spread thickly on 6 slices buttered bread. Top with other 6 slices. Place in buttered 9 x 15 inch pan. Cover with the following sauce.

Sauce: Combine 1 cup sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup. You can refrigerate this for a night or two. Set out of refrigerator 3 hours before baking. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
