HOLLY FARMS TATERS 
2 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. Texas Pete
1 env. Shake 'n Bake coating for pork
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Scrub potatoes; slice into 3/8" slices. Mix oil, water and Texas Pete in one bowl. Mix Shake 'n Bake, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper in another bowl. Dip slices into liquid mixture, then dry coating mixture; repeat. Place potato slices in single layer on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
