MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. sweet milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground hamburger meat
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can cream corn
1 sm. onion

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan. Brown and drain the meat and onion. Sprinkle all of the meat, onion and cheese on top of the batter. Cover with rest of batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
