CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 whole chicken
1 lb. spaghetti or more
1/2 stick butter
1 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
2 c. celery
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. chicken broth
1 tsp. chili powder or more to taste
Dash Tabasco sauce or more to taste
Grated sharp cheese

Skin chicken. Cook whole. After cooked, bone it and cut up into small pieces. Save broth. Extra is nice when reheated or add more soup when reheating. Cook spaghetti.

In large skillet saute butter, onion, green pepper and celery. Add soups, broth, chicken, chili powder and Tabasco sauce. Add cooked spaghetti. Mix well. Put in casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 or more.
