CHICKEN - SPAGHETTI FOR A CROWD 
5 pounds chicken legs

Remove excess fat and skin. Cover with water. Add:

1 onion
2 pieces celery
Salt

Cook until tender, cool, and remove meat from bone. Cook 2 to 2 1/2 pounds spaghetti in broth. Add:

2 c. tomato sauce
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans chicken soup
1 can celery soup
1 can nacho cheese soup
