CHILI CON CARNIE WITH POTATOES 
2 lg. cans of red kidney beans
1 lg. can tomatoes, cut up
2 med. onions, diced
4 to 6 potatoes, cubed
3 cans water
Seasoning

Fry ground beef and onions until done, do not brown. In a large saucepan or kettle, add beans, tomatoes, and cubed potatoes to ground beef. Add water, juice off of beans and tomatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender and broth is slightly thickened. Serve with crackers or cornbread.
