MAINE WEEK-ENDERS BREAKFAST | |
1 lb. sausage (hot or sweet) 6 eggs 2 c. milk 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. sharp cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage until done, breaking it up as you cook it. Drain and set aside. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together. Grease baking dish, layer bread, then layer sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6. |
