MINER'S BREAKFAST 
4 slices bacon
3 slices sweet French bread
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
Syrup, honey or powdered sugar

Dice bacon, fry until golden brown. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes, stir into fried bacon, lightly brown. Beat eggs with 1/4 cup water and a dash of salt. Pour over bacon and bread mixture; brown on both sides. Serve with syrup, honey or powdered sugar. Makes 1 large serving or 2 moderate servings.
