GREAT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box Escort crackers
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped (do not drain)
1 carton sour cream

Boil chicken in salt water and cut into pieces. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers to cover bottom of casserole. Save remaining crackers for the top (about 1/2).

Mix soups together in saucepan. Add sour cream and water chestnuts bringing to a boil. Put chicken in casserole on top of crackers. Pour sour cream soup mixture over chicken. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling, about 20-30 minutes.
