TASTY STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 pt. strawberries
1 c. water
1 (4 serving) pkg. strawberry gelatin dessert mix

Wash and hull the strawberries and slice or crush them into a saucepan. Add the water and gelatin dessert mix. Cook and stir over moderate flame until mixture boils. Simmer 2 minutes. Allow to cool. Pour into 3 jars - 1 for the refrigerator and 2 for the freezer. 10 calories per tablespoon.
