POTATO SPEARS (HERB-SEASONED) 
1 med. russet potato, cleaned, cut into 1/2" spears
2 tsp. butter, softened
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. instant chopped onion
1/2 tsp. (each) basil, oregano
1/8 tsp. (each) salt, pepper
Dash of garlic powder

Place potatoes in a single layer on heavy duty foil; dot with butter. Mix rest of ingredients; sprinkle about 1/4 of this onto potatoes (triple seasoning recipe and keep in refrigerator in covered jar). Seal foil tightly around potato spears; bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until tender; turn potatoes once while cooking; makes 1 to 2 servings.
