3-4 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed, cut long ways into wedges (peel on) Spray lightly with Pam Put into large ziplock bag or bowl. Add 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix. Shake to coat potatoes. Place on cookie sheet and bake until golden. Serve with oven fried fish or as appetizers with a fat free dip. Labels - read your labels - on the soup mix one has fat, one does not. |
