SPAETZLE (NOODLES) 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Stir together flour and salt. Combine eggs and milk, stir into flour mixture. Pour batter into spatezel maker, colander or spatezle board.

Hold over boiling salted water. Cook 5 minutes. Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top with a little parsley.
