1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding mix

Fix according to directions. Add 1 package chocolate cake mix. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with 6 oz. chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. DELICIOUS!

SPEEDY CARAMEL FROSTING:

Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large saucepan. Blend 1 cup brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup milk, continue stirring, until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Cool. Blend in 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix well. Thin with cream, if necessary.
