6 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, butter, rum, almond, citrus, etc)

Beat eggs. Mix in sugar and butter. Add whipping cream. Mix in sifted flour. Pour into greased cake pan (s).

Bake at 300°F for 1 hour.
