EASY POCKET PIZZAS 
4 (7 inch) pita bread rounds
1 c. commercial pizza sauce
3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cut each pita bread around in half crosswise to form 2 pockets. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce inside each pocket. Arrange about 6 pepperoni slices in each half. Divide cheese evenly among. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Yields 4 servings.
