TWICE - BAKED POTATOES 
2 med. potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
Grated cheese
Sliced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Scrub potatoes, poke with a knife. Cook until done in microwave. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the centers and combine in bowl with all ingredients except cheese and onions. Mash well, spoon back into shells. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Bake 3 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Note: Potatoes may be prepared in advance and refrigerated. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes to reheat or longer, depending on microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
