HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lbs. round steak or hamburger, cut
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. sour cream

Put meat, onion and garlic in crock pot. Stir in flour; mix to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir well. Cover, cook low 8 to 10 hours. High 4 hours. Add sour cream 15 minutes before serving, and stir well. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
