ZUCCHINI MARMALADE | |
6 c. sugar 6 c. zucchini, peeled & finely chopped, remove seeds 1/2 c. real lemon juice 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice & all) Bring to a boil and boil hard for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 small 3 ounce boxes of apricot Jello. Stir well. Keep in freezer. |
