RAW BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. raw broccoli florets
1/2 c. chopped or sliced onions
8-10 slices bacon, fried crisp
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1 can slivered water chestnuts

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix well and pour over salad. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
