Mixture of salad greens such as Iceberg lettuce, leaf lettuce and spinach. Toss lightly with drained mandarin oranges and avocado slices and dress with Poppy Seed Dressing.

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

1/2 c. honey (or sugar)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
Few dashes of onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend first five ingredients. With motor running, ad oil, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a slow steady stream. Blend until thickened.
