CARAMEL PECAN SQUARES 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter
4 c. pecan halves or coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. whipping cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cake mix in large bowl. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press in bottom of ungreased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Top with pecan halves.

In large heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, sugar, 1 cup butter and honey. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in whipping cream until well blended. Pour filling evenly over pecans. Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly. Cool completely, cut into squares or bars. 48 bars.
