TURKEY LOAF 
2 lb. ground turkey
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. milk
1 clove garlic, pressed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. mozzarella cheese cut in 8" length pieces
4 oz. fully cooked ham cut in 1/2" wide strips

Mix all ingredients well except mozzarella cheese and ham. Spread 1/4 turkey mixture evenly in 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Top with 1/2 the cheese placing 2 pieces lengthwise about 1 inch from the long side of dish. Top with 1/4 turkey mixture. Place ham strips lengthwise about 1 inch in from long sides of dish. Repeat turkey and cheese layers. Top with remaining turkey mixture. Cover. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour.
