TURKEY OLE 
1/3 c. corn meal
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. fresh turkey breast slices
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Green salsa (recipe follows)

In shallow dish combine corn meal, cumin, coriander and garlic powder. Dip turkey slices in egg white. Coat with corn meal mixture. Coat large non-stick skillet with no-stick cooking spray.

Cook turkey slices over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Place on serving platter. Top with salsa. Serves 4.

GREEN SALSA:

1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
3 tbsp. lime juice
Dash hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients. Serve with Turkey Ole.
