CHOCOLATE BUTTER FROSTING: 
1/3 c. soft butter
2 oz. melted chocolate, cooled
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 2 tbsp. milk

Mix butter with chocolate. Blend in sugar, then add vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth. Will frost two 8-inch or two 9-inch layers or one 9x13 inch oblong cake. 3 oz. chocolate 2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Approximately 3 tbsp. milk

Mix as directed above. Will frost three 8-inch layers.
