CHOCOLATE BUTTER FROSTING 
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1-2 tsp. milk

In medium saucepan, combine 1/4 cup milk, butter, and salt. Bring to boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Blend in confectioners' sugar. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons milk until mixture is of spreading consistency. Beat well. It frosts 1 (9x13x2 inch) cake. Makes 1 1/3 cup frosting.
