PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 or 8 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Wesson oil
1 can tomatoes with bits
Pork chop gravy
Salt and pepper
1 c. white rice

Salt, pepper and flour pork chops. Brown in small amount of oil. Remove chops to paper towel. Make pork chop gravy and add can of tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile you have made rice on stove top according to cooking directions. Mix rice with tomato gravy and transfer to large pyrex baking dish. Arrange pork chops on rice. Cover with foil and bake 350 degree oven one hour.
