BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned
6 buttered slices of bread
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half

Remove crust from bread. Place in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread with sausage. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
