PICA DE GALLO 
9-10 very ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 very lg. onions, chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 bottle of cilantro (or one fresh bunch - chopped; no stems)
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt
Optional: 1 bag of salad shrimp, frozen

Season shrimp overnight in a hot picante sauce and add to pica de gallo the next day.
