STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. crab meat
1 stick butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 carton fresh mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery in butter for 2 minutes. Add crab and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Cool and add bread crumbs and egg. Place mushrooms in baking dish, top with crab mixture, top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
