CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Cool Whip

Mix together flour, butter, and nuts. Put into oblong pan (13 x 9 inch) and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until smooth. Spread on first layer.

Beat instant puddings with 3 cups milk until thick. Spread on cheese layer. Top with layer of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
