CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients and mix at high speed of mixer for 3 minutes. Bake in a greased tube or bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan when cool, and frost with chocolate glaze.
