1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix
2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients and mix by hand until well blended (about 2 minutes). Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
