1 (8 oz.) box escort crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
8 c. chicken
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
2 (10 oz.) cans mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Crush 1/2 of crackers and put in 3-quart baking dish. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Top with chicken and water chestnuts.

Combine soups and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush remaining crackers and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
